What to include in your RFQ
The more of this you send up front, the faster and more accurate your quote. Missing something is fine — we will follow up.
- Gerber files — RS-274X, plus drill and layer stack-up.
- BOM — with manufacturer part numbers for turnkey assembly.
- Quantities and lead time — prototype, batch, or volume, with your target date.
- Layer count and thickness — rigid, HDI, or aluminium substrate, up to 24 layers.
- Surface finish and material — HASL, ENIG, OSP, and base material (FR-4, etc).
- Special requirements — impedance control, IPC-A-610 class, testing, and certifications.
